Our recovery centre brings together a full range of tools designed to support how your body feels and performs between training sessions.

Instead of relying on a single method, you have access to a combination of services, each targeting different aspects of wellness and post-workout recovery;

•    Hot and cold plunge pools to assist muscle blood flow and support circulation
•    Infrared and traditional saunas to help reduce muscle tension and improve mobility
