Reset Recovery is a dedicated recovery centre located alongside Weight of the World Fitness, a fully equipped 24/7 gym — giving you everything you need to train and recover, all under the one roof.

We didn't just put a sauna in the corner of the gym floor. Reset Recovery is a purpose-built space, designed from the ground up with a core philosophy;
